Wellness Retreat Cancelation Policy

At Isabela Retreat, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise that may require you to cancel your reservation. We strive to provide a transparent and fair cancelation policy to accommodate our guests while ensuring the sustainability of our retreat. Please read the following cancelation policy carefully:

1. Booking Confirmation:

  • Your reservation is confirmed only after full payment has been received and processed.

2. Cancelation Requests:

  • All cancelation requests must be submitted in writing via email to isabelaretreat@gmail.com.
  • We do not accept cancelations via phone or any other means.

3. Cancelation Period:

  • If you cancel your reservation within 50 days or more before the retreat start date, you will receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
  • If you cancel your reservation within 20 to 49 days before the retreat start date, you will receive a 50% refund.
  • If you cancel your reservation within 19 days or less before the retreat start date, no refund will be provided.

4. Early Departure or No-Show:

  • No refunds will be provided for early departures or no-shows.

5. Name Change Policy:

  • If you are unable to attend the retreat, you may transfer your reservation to another person. Please inform us of this change via email at least 7 days prior to the retreat start date. No additional fees will be charged for this change.

6. Retreat Cancellation by Us:

  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund of your payment. We are not responsible for any other costs you may have incurred, such as flights, travel insurance, or other arrangements.

7. Travel Insurance:

  • We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or cancelation fees.

8. Changes to the Itinerary:

  • While we make every effort to adhere to the scheduled program, we reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, including the instructors, activities, or accommodation, if necessary. Such changes will not result in a refund.
