Cancelation Policy Requests:

• All cancelation requests must be submitted in writing via email to isabelaretreat@gmail.com.
• We do not accept cancelations via phone or any other means

Cancelation Period:

• If you cancel your reservation after booking, you will receive a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.
• If you cancel your reservation within 50 days or more before the retreat start date, you will receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
• If you cancel your reservation within 20 to 49 days before the retreat start date, you will receive a 50% refund.
• If you cancel your reservation within 19 days or less before the retreat start date, no refund will be provided.

 Early Departure or No-Show:

• No refunds will be provided for early departures or no-shows.
